For the Hikvision AX Pro wireless alarm system control panel to set up with sim, Alarm panel will required to connect to hard wire set up first to setup the sim card and then if need be Alarm panel can be disconnected from the hard wire connection. Any 4G sim will be suitable for Hikvision AX Pro Alarm
Hikvision AX Pro Alarm can use both the hard wire and sim card capability simultaneously - which is recommended - as the sim can perform as a backup if the internet drops off

Hikvision Alarm Systems products are covered by a 2 years Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
CTC Security offers a 1 year warranty on labour when the system is installed by us.
