Hills ComNav offers a remote access module for the Hills Reliance security alarm system, granting users access from any location via telephone or internet. Know your security system is always protected, with the ability to check its status and manage settings from afar. Never worry about leaving your home unprotected again.

  • Email, SMS and Voice notifications 
  • View event history (up to 185 events) 
  • Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) – connection to your network made easy
  • Two onboard relays – controllable via App or web server
  • We recommend to use licensed security installer to install this part on the alarm system.
  • Alarm INSTALLER code is required for programming this part on the alarm system.
  • Not recommended for DIY
  • The UltraSync+ app gives you quick and convenient access to your alarm.
    You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

UltraSync+ Setup

  • Install the app.
  • Press the icon on your device to launch it.
  • Press + on the top right to add a new site, or the "i" in the bubble to edit an existing site.
  • Enter the details of your security system.
  • You will need your Serial Number & Passcode. It may be written on your alarm documentation.
  • Enter your username and PIN code (The one you use to disarm the alarm).
  • Users will only see and have access to menus at their permission level.
  • ​Press Done button to save the details.
  • (To set up Push Notifications on your mobile device)
  • Once saved, go back in to the settings by pressing the "i" press "Notification Services"


XR Pro users can edit the notifications they want to receive here.

ComNav users will find their Push Notification address here in the format of xxxx@uN3 or similar.
This address should be copied exactly into the Email Reporting option tab of a master users email app.
Up to 3 mobile devices can be connected to the same ComNav device.

    Despatch Time

    Order Confirmation

    After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we’ve received your order in our system and have pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. If your item is back-ordered or otherwise unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation charge and contact you to inform you by e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
