Hikvision Intercom products are covered by a 2 years Manufacturer Warranty from the date of purchase.
CTC Security will cover postage for all replacement parts, but will not cover labor for installation costs.
CTC Security offers a 1-year warranty on labor when the system is installed by us.

Despatch Time
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm within 2-4 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Order Confirmation
